RDA CENTRAL WEST BUSINESS IMPACT SURVEY CLOSES THIS WEEK

Regional Development Australia Central West has established a survey aimed at local businesses in response to COVID-19, to help better understand the impacts of this unprecedented pandemic.

Local businesses in the region have until Thursday, April 30 to complete the survey which takes approximately 7 minutes.

RDA Central West CEO, Sam Harma said the information gathered from the survey will
provide an insight into how businesses are faring across the region.

“I often say that good data helps make good decisions, and I believe the information gained
from the survey will be valuable when it comes to discussions with State and Federal
Government’s and other stakeholders,” said Mr. Harma.

“The survey is another platform for the voices of the Central West to be heard and this
information can tell us how we can better support businesses, and what policy decisions we
can advocate for.

“We appreciate this is a tough times for businesses, employees and our communities as a
whole, and we will to continue to support our region as best we can. So, if you run a café,
work in an office or are in the retail and accommodation industry, we want to hear from you.”

RDA Central West acknowledges this is an evolving situation and accordingly, there may be
a follow-up survey to find out how the impacts, outlook and priorities have changed for local
businesses resulting from COVID-19.

The survey should take no more than ten minutes to complete and is open until Thursday,
30 April. To take part simply head to the RDA Central West Facebook page or visit
