TEN4TEN is a leadership experience that connects ten emerging young leaders with ten inspiring community champions for a powerful exchange of ideas, insights, and real‑world guidance. Since it’s inception in 2020, the program has continued to spark new perspectives, strengthen community leadership, and create meaningful mentoring relationships that last well beyond the program itself.
Built around collaboration and connection, TEN4TEN empowers young people to step forward as future leaders while celebrating the experience and generosity of those who have helped shape the Central West.
The program is open to Year 11 students from high schools in the Orange, Blayney and Cabonne Local Government Areas.
