CONNECT. INSPIRE. LEARN. SHARE.
Central West Inspired Women
Central West Inspired Women brings together local women in business, industry and local government to ‘connect for success’ – learning from guest speakers and each other in an environment that fosters positivity, connection, inclusiveness and growth in line with four key themes:
- CONNECT
- INSPIRE
- LEARN
- SHARE

Lets celebrate, elevate and empower local women to strengthen networks, learn new skills, find mentors and inspire each other to grow their businesses and careers.

Breakfast Conversations with Peita Mages
Peita is one half of the dynamic duo behind the tutoring academy that is taking the Central West by storm, winning nine awards since its inception just four years ago.
Interviewed by @questorange ‘s Amy van de Ven, Peita talked about her career change into teaching, building up a clientele from two to 400 students, and what has driven her to be a disrupter in a centuries old industry.
Peita’s story is one that will make you smile, and leave you motivated and inspired.
MINDSET Matters
Central West Inspired Women came together for an hour of networking followed by a talk with Johanna Scott, owner of Make Do Co. Connecting with like-minded women across a broad range of careers – both business owners and employees, understanding how your mindset, self-talk and experience of an event impact your nervous system and your body’s stress response were the key outcomes of the night.

Personal Branding Workshop
Personal branding and credibility are being called the new currency of the 21st Century. The way you present and portray yourself can elevate your standing in your industry and command a higher caliber of clients at a higher rate of pay. It can influence your promotion opportunities and how peers in your network liaise with you.
Dr. Natalie Shepard and Sandra Martin, personal branding experts who have worked with the likes of AMP, Westfield, McDonalds, CommBank, NSW Trade & Investment, La Trobe University and the NSW Business Chamber (just to name a few!) delivered a three hour workshop right here in Orange for Central West women across all industries.
LinkedIn Masterclass
Central West Inspired Women were joined by Australia’s leading LinkedIn strategist Lucy Bingle for one night only, learning how to amplify personal branding and make the most of the world’s most powerful networking platform.
Professional headshot photography by talented local photographer Kristen Cunningham and networking with like minded women were also on the agenda.
A big thank you to the following people and organisations that made this event a huge success:
Quest Orange, Kirsten Cunningham Photography, See Saw Wines, Trang Hue Vietnamese Street Food, Lilly Rose Beauty, Dr Jo. Braid Burnout Recovery Doctor, Lush Perspectives, Adventum Travel, Your Business Minder and CosMedic Collective.
