A brilliant start to the day as CWIW cofounder and global keynote speaker Jessica Hickman sat down with Katja Forbes to talk all things life, business and career journey. Katja is an Orange resident currently living and working in Singapore.

A seasoned leader in the digital industry with a proven track record of driving growth and innovation, she is a highly sought-after keynote speaker and has been recognised as one of the top 50 Australian professionals, Top 10 Women Disruptors, Top 10 Australian Women Entrepreneurs and as one of Westpac/Australian Financial Review’s ‘100 Women of Influence’.

Currently, as Global Head of Client Experience at Standard Chartered Bank located in Singapore, she leads a team to create high-impact digital products and services that promote financial inclusion and contribute to a net-zero carbon future. She is the DEI Director on the Global Board of the Data Visualization Society, Advisory Board Member for DesignUp Conferences in India and she has also served as an International Director and Vice President on the Global Board of the Interaction Design Association (IxDA).

As a published author and regular media commentator, she is not only known for her professional achievements but also for her determination and sense of purpose as a thought leader and inspiration for women around the world.

Orange Toyota and CWIW partnered to bring you Grace Brennan for an inspiring lunch that explored the power of community, meaningful business insights, the highs and lows of becoming regional Australia’s most loved advocate and where to next.

Our first speed networking evening was held in March.  Attended by a fabulous bunch of inspired women, we would like to acknowledge those that travelled from as far as Oberon and Bathurst, and to the ladies that overcame a fear of coming alone and told us what a wonderful time they had.
