The Hilltops Council is inviting people to its International Women’s Day event themed, “Old Habits Die Hard”.
The event will take place on Sunday 10th March at the Boorowa Ex-Services Club auditorium from 9am until 4pm.
The keynote speakers for this event include; Cyndi O’Meara, Nutritionist and Founder of Changing Habits, “Bad Food Habits – Retrain Your Body”, Shanna Whan, Sober in the Country “The Oldest Habit of all in Rural Australia: Our Love of Alcohol”, Eileen Reckord, Positive Teacher of the Year 2017 Masters in Applied Positive Psychology “Go Getter Goal Setter” and Robyn Lewis, Self-Management and Recovery Trainer (SMART) “#The Smart Warrior”.
The cost is $30 per head and bookings are essential. Cost includes morning, afternoon tea and light lunch.
