How are you going? RAMHP connects rural people to the help they need

The Rural Adversity Mental Health Program (RAMHP) connects rural people to the help they need.

RAMHP has coordinators based across NSW who provide specialist knowledge and support for people experiencing any mental health concerns or who would like information for a relative or friend.

RAMHP also holds ‘Ag & Chat’ morning teas which give people the opportunity to learn some beneficial information from various agriculture specialists and to enjoy a cuppa, some cake and a chance to catch up with other locals. This week they’re visiting Central West towns: Tullamore, Molong, Borenore and Grenfell.
