Leading experts in beef production and marketing gathered in Bathurst on Thursday 30 August for a major industry forum with 150 participants from across the region in attendance.
RDA Central West and Charles Sturt University hosted a successful forum that showcased expert speakers from around Australia providing the latest information on market requirements and trends in quality cattle production.
